Quote validity

Valid for 30 days from the date issued. Due to current market volatility and fluctuating pricing on hard drives and memory components, pricing is subject to change after this period.

Tariff notice

Starting October 16, 2025, a tariff surcharge may apply. The exact items affected could change depending on tariff regulations.

Retention

Estimated 4K retention assumes continuous recording on 10 cameras. Motion / Smart Detection recording can extend this significantly; actual days vary with scene activity and settings.

RAID storage

Footage is stored across multiple hard drives using RAID, which mirrors/stripes data for redundancy. If one drive fails, your recorded footage stays protected and accessible while the drive is replaced — with no interruption to new recording. RAID improves reliability, not total storage capacity, and is not a substitute for a separate backup.
